Each MMS (picture or media message) counts as two SMS messages toward your usage.
Basic call queuing lets multiple users make outbound calls at the same time and gives you 60 seconds to answer an inbound call on a busy line. Advanced call queuing goes further—it can hold multiple inbound callers in a queue for the same line, giving your team more time to pick up so fewer calls are missed.
