We are looking for an Account Executive to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.

  • Are you currently selling a complex SaaS product B2B?
  • Have you done outbound to schedule 40%+ of your discovery calls? 
  • Do you meet or exceed your quota consistently month over month? 
  • Are you the top performer on your sales team? 
  • Are you an expert in consultative sales?

Expectations for your first 90 days:

  • Month 1 - $1000 MRR / $3k Professional Services Revenue
  • Month 2 - $2000 MRR / $6k Professional Services Revenue
  • Month 3 - $3000 MRR / $10k Professional Services Revenue

A day in the life of…

  • Discover and address customer needs leading to full-tier sign-ups and proposals.
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads for sales appointments, both new and existing customers.
  • Passionately builds trust and rapport with clients, seeking innovative ways to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate on setting sales quotas, strategizing to achieve them, and maintaining metrics on quota attainment and sales performance.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process from lead outreach to closing deals, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Keep accurate records of progress, next steps, and communications to manage pipeline effectively.
  • Offer solutions beneficial for LeadSimple and customers, prioritizing win-win outcomes.
  • Act as company representative at events and meetings, proficient in public speaking and presenting value propositions.

Selected candidates might have written assessments and multiple interviews with different people. We’ll do whatever it takes to get the right person in the right seat.

The long version of our story: Back when web 2.0 was a thing (get off my lawn!) LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business connecting landlords with property management companies. Witnessing the challenges lead buyers had closing deals led into a natural segue to build out an industry-specific CRM which became the de-facto industry standard. Fast forward to 2020 when we released a process/workflow suite to move from the sales side of our clients business into the heart of day-to-day operations. The market was hungry and responded aggressively to the new direction, which led us to double down with growth and additional product expansion.
