We are looking for a Hybrid Inbound Business Development Representative to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before. 

Are you sure you’re qualified for this role?

  • Have you successfully nurtured inbound leads, maintaining an average of under 5 minute speed to lead?
  • Have you successfully reached out to cold leads via cold calls, cold emails, and social media messaging generating interested prospects?
  • Do you possess a strong track record in exceeding your quotas/KPI's by maintaining a deep understanding of industry-specific knowledge and product knowledge?
  • Can you maintain  active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up, generating increased interest and excitement in LeadSimple?
  • Can you demonstrate experience in probing deeper while on the cold call to decipher the prospects needs and show value? 
  • Do you have experience creating cadences for targeted lead outreach?
  • Have you used CRM's in the past to manage your pipeline?

A day in the life of…

  • Handles all incoming Marketing Qualified Leads within 5 minutes of them entering our pipeline 
  • Expertly nurtures inbound leads,  balances quantity and quality by building a healthy pipeline for the Account Executives by building a connection with prospects.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute outreach cadences for upcoming events, webinars, and conferences. 
  • Supplements their pipeline by making outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify leads
  • Organizes demo schedules for the team
  • Creates relationships and build trust with clients
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads
  • Aggressively purposes pipeline quotas
  • Fervently updates and maintains CRM databases
  • Reports on qualitative and quantitative weekly results
  • Develops creative sales strategies

The long version of our story: Back when web 2.0 was a thing (get off my lawn!) LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business connecting landlords with property management companies. Witnessing the challenges lead buyers had closing deals led into a natural segue to build out an industry-specific CRM which became the de-facto industry standard. Fast forward to 2020 when we released a process/workflow suite to move from the sales side of our clients business into the heart of day-to-day operations. The market was hungry and responded aggressively to the new direction, which led us to double down with growth and additional product expansion.
