We are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. We are hiring people who have done it before.

Expectations for your first 90 days:

  • Create and establish a comprehensive event marketing playbook in collaboration with manager that is aligned with our business objectives to up-level our events strategy and improve our onsite customer experience and ROI.
  • Successfully plan and execute multiple already planned events, ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly managed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and key external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration for future events.
  • Analyze the performance of events, using data to provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Establish a process to support event promotion and post-event engagement.

A day in the life of…

  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek out insights to inform event strategy in collaboration with manager. 
  • Generate ideas to help support a new & improved onsite event customer journey that removes friction and drives more traffic, visibility and conversions. 
  • Track and report on key event metrics, including lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales team to create compelling event-related content.
  • Manage all aspects of on-site logistics, including lodging, dining, shipping, booth setup, and process for live social media coverage.

Selected candidates might have written assessments and multiple interviews with different people. We’ll do whatever it takes to get the right person in the right seat.

The long version of our story: Back when web 2.0 was a thing (get off my lawn!) LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business connecting landlords with property management companies. Witnessing the challenges lead buyers had closing deals led into a natural segue to build out an industry-specific CRM which became the de-facto industry standard. Fast forward to 2020 when we released a process/workflow suite to move from the sales side of our clients business into the heart of day-to-day operations. The market was hungry and responded aggressively to the new direction, which led us to double down with growth and additional product expansion.
